Books:

• All sales of books are final. Due to third-party printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

Handmade Products:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
